Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in or using any Mongkol Money programme or service. By submitting an enquiry form or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" — Mongkol Money, operating at 176 Silom Road, Suriyawong, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
- "Service" — financial education programmes and related materials provided by us.
- "User", "Participant", "You" — any individual accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- "Content" — all written materials, session recordings, worksheets, planning journals, and other materials produced by us.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and accept all terms set out here. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Service Description
Mongkol Money provides financial education programmes in a group setting, in Bangkok, Thailand. Our programmes are educational in nature only. We do not hold a licence to provide regulated financial advice, and nothing in our programmes constitutes personal financial advice, recommendation, or endorsement of any financial product or institution.
Programme availability depends on minimum enrolment numbers and schedule. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a programme and will notify enrolled participants with reasonable notice.
4. User Responsibilities
As a participant or user, you agree to:
- Attend sessions having registered honestly and in good faith
- Treat other participants and facilitators with respect throughout sessions
- Not record, reproduce, or share session recordings or materials without written permission
- Not use materials provided for commercial purposes
- Consult a licensed financial professional before acting on any educational content from our programmes
5. Intellectual Property
All programme materials — including written guides, worksheets, journals, session slides, and recordings — are the intellectual property of Mongkol Money. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or republish our content without express written permission.
6. Programme Enrolment and Fees
Fees
- Planting the First Seeds: ฿4,400 per participant
- Tending the Plan: ฿7,000 per participant
- The Mature Garden Programme: ฿10,200 per participant
Fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include all sessions, printed materials, and access to recorded content where applicable. No additional charges apply unless otherwise agreed in writing before enrolment.
Payment
Payment is due in full upon enrolment confirmation. We accept bank transfer to our Thai bank account (details provided upon enquiry). Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the first session: full refund, less a ฿500 administrative fee
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the first session: 50% refund
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund, but you may transfer your place to the next available cohort
- Cancellation by us: full refund within 14 days of notification
7. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not make representations about specific financial outcomes that may result from participation. Financial decisions carry inherent uncertainty, and educational content cannot remove that uncertainty. We always encourage participants to seek licensed professional advice before making any significant financial decision.
We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of programme content, and we do not accept liability for financial loss resulting from the application of anything discussed in our sessions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mongkol Money's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in our programmes or use of our website.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disrespectful, disruptive, or violates these terms. Participants may withdraw at any time, subject to the cancellation policy above.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through informal discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the relevant Thai court of jurisdiction in Bangkok.
11. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our services.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
